forklift training lawThe Health and safety Executive have a leaflet available which explains, in great detail, the subject of forklift operator training. It covers all three stages of training, (Basic, Specific and Familiarisation), and also selection of operators, record keeping etc. It also makes the point that there is no such thing as a forklift licence!
