Forklift Truck Stability
Forklift stability can be a complicated subject particularly when one includes stabilty testing and stability deration calculations. For that reason, I have divided the subject into five "bite" sized chunks that should be easy to swallow. They are:
Longitudinal, (forward), stability
Lateral, (sideways), stability
Longitudinal stability testing
I have written these in a easy to follow form and the pages are not designed for engineers and the like but can be useful for instructors when they are conducting the theory sessions on forklift training courses.
