Stillage accident, the consequences!
In the previous slide stack was tipped over. Although some of this stack fell against the wall the other post pallets, three in total, went right over the wall and ended up on the cars that can be seen in this picture. It could be argued that the forklift operator was operating correctly by not having any gaps between the load and the forks. On this occasion, however, it would probably have been better if the driver had undercut the load!
