I can't understand this accident which I found on line. It's very short and appears to show someone underneath a forklift truck, presumably seriously injured or worse. I don't know where or when it happened and despite looking several times I can't see how. Where did the guy on the floor come from?
Is it the guy who goes over to the forklift or is the injured party brought into the warehouse under the forklift's load? Anyone any ideas?
