HSE have released their annual figures which look at fatal accidents in the workplace in the UK. The construction and agriculture, forestry and fishing sectors continue to account for the greatest number of workers killed in fatal accidents each year.
The main kinds of fatal accidents are falls from height, struck by a moving object and struck by a moving vehicle. These together account for for around two thirds of fatal injuries to workers in 2022 - 2023.
