A different type of capacity plate is illustrated here. Many truck manufacturers fit this type of graphical capacity plate. Each sloping white line refers to a different mast stacking height, the left-hand column shows the actual capacities and the various load centres are listed along the bottom.
Whilst this type of plate is very common, because of it’s small size, it is often difficult to read the figures accurately. When using this type plate operators should err on the side of caution if they cannot extrapolate the exact capacity figures for their application.
