Forklift accident involving loss of fingers
This picture shows the results of an accident when the operator's fingers were crushed between the forklift truck and the racking. I met this operator when I re-tested him in the late 90s. He explained that the accident happened more than 30 years previously but he still has problems with his hand. I should add that he very kindly posed this for me whilst stationary.
