Don't use damaged pallets
Care should be taken to check pallets before use for damage. This picture shows an accident that took place in a prison. A forklift operator picked up a pack of pallets from the area shown not realising that the left-hand bearer the dropped off the bottom pallet. He then placed the pallets down in another area with the result that can be seen in the next picture......
